I've been out of town a lot in the past several months. I've been hoping to get back to making soaps earlier, but I just haven't been home long enough to be productive. As it is, I'll be out of town again January 8th - 12th and again in mid-February.

Custom and personalized orders

I have a lot of fragrances that I haven't listed due to time constraints, but I'm slowly adding them to the shop. If you see something in a particular fragrance that isn't offered in a different product, let me know! I will make it for you! I don't usually change my formulas anymore. It was getting too difficult to keep up with all of the different lotions and scrubs, and didn't allow me time to test the new formula adequately.

Why does shipping cost so much?

All shipping is based off of a flat rate for US and International orders. I will reimburse any shipping overpayment when an item can be shipped USPS First Class. I designed this new shipping profile so you can feel comfortable shopping for multiple items without accumulating shipping fees!

For international orders, I can create a custom listing for you with the correct shipping amount. I just need to know what country the order is shipping to and what you're ordering. Typically, small packages will go out via First Class Mail, and I can use flat rate envelopes for heavier packages. Or you can just order, because I reimburse overpaid shipping fees regardless. Either way, I'm flexible :0)

Why can't I return items made for personal use such as soaps, sugar scrubs, lotions, etc?

Personal products that are used on your body will not be accepted once I ship them out. Quality control is outside of my control at that point, and I cannot resell these types of returned items.

May I return bulk order items?

No - Even if you don't like the scent. Before purchasing bulk items (such as candles and wax melts), purchase a single item and see if you like it. If you don't like the scent and you haven't opened the package, then sure - I'll accept the return and reimburse you the cost of the item less the shipping. It takes time and supplies to make say 40 wax melts or 40 candles. I'm a small company and that kind of loss can be difficult to recover from. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so let's purchase small quantities until we are sure of our preferences.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact me as soon as it arrives. Take a picture of the damage and send it to me. I have insurance on the items and will need the photos as proof. I will either refund or resend your order based on your preference.

Something is missing from my order or my order is wrong. Will you send it?

Yes, I will send it to you. It's rare that I get an order wrong, but it does happen. I will send it to you ASAP at no additional cost.

Why does it take up to 5 days to ship my order out?

Everything in the shop is handmade fresh. I make the product, disinfect jars, create and cut labels, package for shipment, and drive to the post office to drop it all off. I don't have a warehouse full of stuff, just sitting around for purchase. Everything I sell is made to order to ensure freshness. This takes time.

For small orders, I usually have a 1-2 day turn around; However, I get a lot of orders every week. I fill orders as they come in, in the order they arrive to be fair to everyone.

I just purchased items and have changed my mind. May I cancel the order?
